| Holidays/Leaves | 2 days a week (Sat, Sun), National holidays, Year-end holiday, New Year’s leave, Special leaves, foundation day, annual paid vacations |
| Other allowances | Commuting allowance (Max limit: 40,000 (Yen)/month), extra pay (overtime, holiday work, work on legal holidays, late-night work, job allowance, relocation allowance, family allowance) |
